SHIPPING POLICY

There are four (4) delivery options:

​

1. Regular Delivery (Next Day) $14.99
Orders will be delivered between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. for residential addresses, and between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. for business addresses on the delivery day you specify.

​

2. Same Day Delivery $19.98

Our production facilities provide Same Day delivery to Greater Toronto Area. Overnight courier (next business day) will be used for delivery outside of these areas. Saturday and Monday delivery is only available within Same Day delivery zones.

In the Same Day delivery areas, delivery is available by 5 p.m. to business addresses and by 8 p.m. to residential addresses if you place your order before 1 p.m. local time the same day or earlier.

PLEASE NOTE - ORDERS PLACED AFTER 4:00PM LOCAL DELIVERY TIME THAT REQUEST NEXT DAY DELIVERY WILL BE CHARGED A $4.99 DELIVERY SURCHARGE. DURING HOLIDAYS (VALENTINES AND MOTHER'S DAY) DELIVERY MAY OCCUR AFTER 7:00PM. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES DURING PEAK HOLIDAYS.

3. Morning Delivery $18.98
Orders will be delivered by 12 p.m. (noon) on the day you specify. Morning delivery orders must be placed by 4 p.m. on the day before requested delivery.

If the order does not arrive by noon, the customer will be refunded the difference between morning and regular delivery.

4. Evening Delivery $16.99
Orders will be delivered between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. on the day you specify.  

   

 

No Recipient/ Wrong Address

Please provide us with instructions at point of sale of what to do if no one is available to receive your gift (such as leave with a neighbor, leave in a designated area).

If no person is present to accept the order at the location specified,our driver will act in his or her discretion based on weather conditions, safety, security, etc. There will be a re-delivery fee of $8.00 under these circumstances.

Please note, our couriers do not call prior to delivery. Please ensure the recipient is home to receive items. There will be a re-delivery fee of $8.00 under these circumstances.

If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, a fee up to the entire cost of the order (including delivery) will apply.

Please check your delivery information carefully at time of order.

Please note: 

We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by Acts of God, including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions like storms, hurricanes or earthquakes, and no refunds will be issued for these reasons.

We do not deliver on Sunday (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day are an exception) or statutory holidays (New Years, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and Boxing Day).

RETURN POLICY

Floral Moment is different from your traditional neighbourhood florist. We operate a direct-to-consumer business model. We accept orders over the Internet and by telephone at our office in Markham Ontario. Flowers are made by our professionally trained floral designers at our own production facilities, located in major metropolitan areas in Toronto. Having our own florists making the designs is how we ensure order accuracy. Due to the high volume of orders processed daily and with direct buying from the growers, our flowers are fresher. Our efficiency and low overhead allow us to sell them for less. The result is fresher flowers at a better price.

Floral Moment wants your product to be delivered on time, in the best condition, every time.

We understand the importance of on-time delivery, fresh flowers, high quality gifts, and the happiness that they bring. We know that each product we deliver is a special message from you to someone you care about. We stand by our products with a 99% customer satisfaction rate.

Customer Support Centre

When customer service is required, our goal is to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have adopted an online customer support system instead of telephone calls, to provide faster response times.

The Floral Moment Customer Support Centre can be reached using dedicated Live Chat operators on a 24/7 basis, or by email at floralmomentshop@gmail.com. Our trained customer care staff will review your information and respond to you as quickly as possible.

Please provide your order number and a photo for any quality issues.

Product Replacement 

Our flowers come fresh from the growers and are always fresh and beautiful. If you received damaged flowers or other damaged products:

​

•    Please take a photo of the product and email the photo, along with your name, order number, and the nature of the issue to floralmomentshop@gmail.com.

•    Quality complaints must be received within three (3) days following delivery, due to the perishable nature of our products.

•    Once damage is confirmed, we will be happy to re-send a new product at our expense, or issue a store credit.

•    To have your order refunded we will email you the free return label. Please email the label to your recipient and they will need to return the order to their nearest Purolator depot. Once the order has been returned to us, we will refund you. Please note package must be received back no later then three (3) days after label was created.

​

Order Changes

All changes and updates to your order should be done within one (1) hour of placing the order. Please double check all the information in your order when you place it.

Changes and updates that are requested after this one (1) hour period are subject to a $10 administration fee.

Unfortunately during peak holidays it is extremely difficult to make changes to an existing order. We will make every effort, but change requests are not guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

It may be possible to cancel your order. Please be advised that a minimum $25.00 cancellation fees will apply. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders that have been prepared or are already out with courier for delivery. Any and all orders placed during peak holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas ) are final.

Orders placed outside of Canada:

Orders placed outside of Canada or with an international credit card for delivery to Canada will be charged in USD. Provincial taxes of destination will apply.

SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Delivery charge will be applied at checkout and delivery rates are based on the distance from our shop.

Delivery Policy

​

We offer free deliveries for orders over $500.

​

Flower deliveries are made within 48 hours from the time we receive your order.

We suggest that you call us to see if same day delivery is possible.

​

We cannot guarantee time specific deliveries.

 

 Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered on the day you requested.

​

Holidays

 

We recommend that you place your orders several days in advance to ensure timely delivery on major holidays.

 

Hospitals & Funeral Homes

 

Hospital deliveries require more information than regular orders such as the name of the hospital, the ward, the floor and room number.

 

Patients in Intensive Care and some other wards may not be able to receive flowers. It is always advisable to check with the hospital before placing your order.

​

Funeral arrangements also require some advance notice. Please let us know the time of the service so we can ensure delivery before that time. At times, sending flowers to the home is more appropriate. 

 

Delivery Recipients

 

It is important to choose a date and time that your recipient will be able to receive their gift. If the recipient is not at home, we will leave the gift at their door if possible. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-attempt deliveries. If you are uncertain if they will be able to receive the gift, we are more than happy to call ahead and arrange a time with the recipient. Let us know.

 

We do not keep orders anonymous. The sender's name will be provided upon the recipient's request.
